Meet Our Management Team

Jeffrey S. Palmer

President
& CEO
A social entrepreneur and leader in the non-profit
community, Mr. Palmer founded the Coordinated Care Network while he was
Executive Director of East Liberty Family Health Care Center, a
Federally Qualified Health Center serving urban Pittsburgh. Part of Mr.
Palmer's health care experience comes from his 12-year tenure at the
University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where he held various senior
management positions in the areas of Surgical Services, Anesthesiology
& Critical Care Medicine, Business & Finance and
Molecular Neurobiology & Genetics. He also co-founded Entelechy
Health Systems, a software company that produces real-time patient
tracking systems for operating rooms. Mr. Palmer is actively involved
in community health care improvement initiatives, holds several
non-profit and government advisory board positions, and consults
nationally in the areas of pharmacy access, technology development, and
managed care.

Thomas
J. Pollack 
Vice
President & CFO
A Certified Public Accountant and former Senior
Auditor for Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Pollack is experienced in
health care, risk management, and managed care. Prior to joining the
Coordinated Care Network, he was Chief Financial Officer of Brownsville
General Hospital in Brownsville, PA. He also served as Account
Manager/MIS Coordinator for the Riverview Center for Jewish Seniors in
Pittsburgh. Mr. Pollack presently serves as Chairman of the Finance
Committee for the Mario Lemieux Foundation. |

Lori L. Hunt
Clinical
Director
A Registered Nurse for over 15 years, Mrs. Hunt has
experience in behavioral health, case management and administration.
Prior to joining Coordinated Care Network, she was Program Coordinator
and Interim Executive Director for the William & Mildred Orr
Compassionate Care Center, a nonprofit respite care facility in
Allegheny County. Mrs. Hunt also served as the Director of Nursing for
Fox Run Health System, a children and adolescent behavioral health
organization in Ohio.

Holly
L. Trimbur 
Assistant to
the President & CEO
Mrs. Trimbur brings a background in both corporate
and non-profit client relations, marketing/communications and
advertising. Before joining Coordinated Care Network, she was the
Regional Account Supervisor for Bozell Worldwide, a New York-based
advertising agency. Her responsibilities included managing the Verizon
Wireless account in Pittsburgh, coordinating the regional planning,
production and implementation of both creative and media development,
and overseeing the roll-out of corporate campaigns. Prior to her agency
experience, Mrs. Trimbur managed advertising and public relations for
the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. |

David J. Giannangeli
Director of
Business Development
Mr. Giannangeli joined Coordinated Care Network in
June 2005, filling a newly created position designed to provide
CCN’s Physician Dispensing sites with hands-on customer
service and support from the central pharmacy as well as new site
development. With 19 years of sales and account management experience,
Mr. Giannangeli most recently worked for All-Pak, Inc. in Pittsburgh as
a National Accounts Manager where he was responsible for major chemical
and pharmaceutical clients such as 3M, Dow Chemical, PPG, Bayer and
over 80 other companies. His experience includes working closely with
the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of
Transportation as well as major transport carriers such as FedEx and
UPS.

Fredrick J. Grasser

Senior
Business Systems Analyst
Experienced in web development, software
development and networking, Mr. Grasser is responsible for information
technology operations and business analysis. Proficient in the
operation and utilization of the Network’s Physician
Dispensing Program system, he is also responsible for health center
training and implementation. A recent graduate of the Masters of
Business Administration program at Duquesne University, Mr. Grasser is
also a member of Duquesne University’s Information Systems
Management Advisory Board. Prior to joining the Coordinated Care
Network staff in 2001, he worked as a software engineer at Management
Science Associates.

Jeffrey Meis
Pharmacy
Director
A Pharmacist for 14 years, Mr. Meis is a 1994
graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining the CCN
staff, he was a retail pharmacist at Giant Eagle where he had many
opportunities to work with the latest in pharmacy software systems. He
also gained management experience in a "top -10" volume store that
prided itself on outstanding customer service and efficiency.
