CCN Pharmacy Refill Program

The no-stress way to get the medications you need when you need them.

Here’s how it works:

STEP 1: ENROLL

There are three (3) ways to sign up with CCN:

  1. Call: 1-877-349-6330.  A CCN Representative will talk with you about the program and help  you get started.
  2. Email:  Send a message on the Contact Us tab located on this website.  A CCN Representative will reply and help you get started.
  3. Enroll Now Online

STEP 2: DEDICATED STAFF

You will have your own team with a Care Representative and Pharmacist.  Your Care Representative will call you every month to review your medication needs and set up delivery.  Your Pharmacist is available to answer any questions about your medications and discuss ways to best manage your treatment.  They will help you to use financial programs from drug manufacturers and other programs.  They will also help you and your prescriber with insurance authorizations.

STEP 3: CHOICES

You will choose how you would like your medication packaged (medication bottles, pillboxes, or individual easy-to-open packets).  You will decide where and when to receive your FREE delivery.  You can choose from a Courier Service, USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Your Care Representative will review your delivery options each month so that you can make changes anytime that fits your needs.  You can also speak with a Pharmacist.
